tip of the day: don't ever date someone with a kid. ever. don't do it. because when it doesn't work out not only do you get left behind by your ex, but you also never get to hang out with the kid again. which really sucks. especially when she used to sleep over just about every friday night, and called my place "the fun house". and now i haven't seen her in over a year. and she's almost 7 now and probably even funnier and even more of her own little person than she was last year. and your ex doesn't even consider that it hurts you. because he has a new girlfriend. and you sit and wonder if his new girlfriend is as thoughtful as you used to be. and none of it really matters anyway, because you can't do a single thing about it.
